Grain Quality Sheets—also referred to as discount or settlement sheets—outline the standards used to determine the value of your grain upon delivery. These sheets detail discounts for moisture, damage, foreign material, and test weight, as well as premiums for higher-than-standard quality. They also include shrink rates and grade factors that impact final settlement prices.

Understanding the Grain Quality Sheet helps you make informed decisions about harvest timing, storage, and marketing. At Scott Equity Exchange, we follow transparent and up-to-date quality standards to ensure fairness and clarity in every transaction.

Use this form to enroll in electronic funds transfer (ACH) for grain settlement direct deposit and/or to authorize ACH payment of accounts receivable balances through the Grower360 portal. Completed forms must include a voided check or bank verification. ACH withdrawals and deposits are processed only upon customer request. No automatic or recurring drafts will occur.
